Looking for something satisfying – but not too difficult to pull together? Make these easy tarts the next time you have company or as a quick grab during the basketball game. These flavorful little tarts will have you coming back for more. Try mushrooms instead of the ground beef and soy sauce instead of the Worcestershire for a vegetarian option! Ingredients:
- 1 package Immaculate Baking Company crescent rolls or biscuits
- 1 lb. Weaver Meats ground beef
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped

- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- ½ c. Kingdom English sharp organic cheddar, grated – Weekend Deal – $3.49/7oz. Save 50%

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/3 c. Salemville Amish blue cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Press pieces of the crescent or biscuit dough into the bottom and sides of greased muffin tin.
3) In a saute pan, brown ground beef and onions. Drain excess fat. Cool slightly and then quickly mix in, egg, Worcestershire, mustard, cheddar, cayenne, salt and pepper to taste.
4) Scoop ground beef mixture into each dough-lined muffin tin.
5) Sprinkle top of each tart with blue cheese.
6) Bake 15 minutes. Serve warm.
