Seal the Seasons is an innovative local company that freezes North Carolina fruits and vegetables, so that we can “Eat local all year round.” They work with several small- and medium-sized farm in the state, and process the produce at PFAP in Hillsborough. They freeze the produce as quickly as possible after harvest to preserve the nutrients and flavor.
