This simple recipe is a great way to use up yogurt. You can pair it with hummus and pita, or use it as a topping on veggie burgers or for dipping carrots. From Emily Buehler, Weaver Street Market Website Coordinator.
Ingredients:
- 2 c. plain yogurt (I used Carolina Farmhouse Dairy’s yogurt!)
- 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
- few shakes of salt
- few shakes of pepper
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Let the mixture sit all day or overnight to allow the garlic flavor to spread.
