It’s been almost a year since we started using our new owner database. Through this database, we send the weekly e-newsletter that contains the owner-only coupon.* Here are some updates on the system.
WeaverConnect
It’s not too late to activate your account in WeaverConnect, our owner portal. Contact our Owner Shares Team at ownershares@weaverstreetmarket.coop, and we’ll email you the link you need. Once you activate your account, you can log in from our website. Activating your account allows you to update your contact information, add household members to your owner share, and set preferences.
Household Members Can Receive Owner Coupons
Originally, only the owner of a share could sign up with an email to receive the owner coupons. We updated this functionality so that household members can also subscribe. You can add household members to your share by logging in via WeaverConnect. Contact our Owner Shares Team if you have any questions.
Tips for Finding Coupons
Many owners have contacted us for help finding the weekly e-news with the coupon. If you have not seen an email from us in a while, they may be going to your spam folder. Some email programs also have filters that send promotional emails to special folders. For example, in Gmail, there is a default promotions folder (see details below). If you don’t find our emails, your service may be blocking them; try adding our “from” address (thebeet@weaverstreetmarket.coop) to your contacts; this signals to your email service that you want to receive our emails.

If Gmail is filtering our emails into the Promotions folder, here are instructions to get them in your Inbox:
- Open Gmail
- Click on the gear icon in upper right
- Click on “Settings”
- Click on “Filters and blocked addresses” across top
- Click on “Create a new filter,” about half way down in middle of page
- Paste or type thebeet@weaverstreetmarket.coop (no spaces) in the “From” field
- Click on “Create filter”
- Click on “Categorize as”
- Click on “Primary”
- Click on “Create filter”
- Click on “Inbox” and all future Weaver Street emails from that address will land in your inbox
Round Up Program Preferences
You’re probably familiar by now with our cashiers asking if you want to “round up.” Owners can choose to always round up, to never round up, or to be asked. Log in to your activated WeaverConnect account to set this preference. You can also contact our Owner Shares Team.
