Our pastry bakers have begun making their special Valentine’s Day pastries!
New this year is the chocolate praline tart: A tart shell made with part hazelnut flour, filled with chocolate ganache and hazelnut paste, garnished with fresh raspberries and “bresilienne” (caramelized hazelnut pieces).
They’re also making several past favorites: chocolate-dipped eclairs, reve de chocolat, cherry bomb whoopie pies, chocolate mousse cups, peanut butter cups (watch Eric make them), dulce de leche miniature cheesecakes, love cake, tiramisu for two (watch Amy make them), and miniature white chocolate cheesecakes with raspberry mascarpone. All the pastries are in stores through Valentine’s Day!
