This is one of my favorite quick vegetarian dinners because you get tons of great flavor for almost no effort. It doesn’t get better than that! Sautéed cabbage, caramelized onions, and garlic with tender local pasta from Melina’s of Durham, NC. Toss with some parmesan and serve with a salad for a complete meal. Quick and delicious!
